DESCRIPTION:

THIS ANDALUCIAN VILLA is situated in CALAHONDA, near Marbella, in a tranquil street (Calle Almeria) just around the corner from bars, restaurants, shops (on Avda España 50m), supermarkets (SuperSol, Mercadona), busstops, clubs (200m), beach (300m).
It has mature well-kept PRIVATE garden, and good size PRIVATE swimming pool.
4 bedrooms (one - with a double bed, and the other bedrooms - with twin-beds).
The VILLA is set for 8 people. In case your party includes 9 people, one extra bed could be provided for extra 50 euros per week. A baby cod can be provided if required (for additional charge).

There are beautiful sea views from upstairs (from the lounge, the dining area and the terrace. There are security gates for the private car port and privacy in the private garden. If you have more than one car, there is space at the side of the villa off the street Almeria, in a short street shared between a few villas.
The villa is nicely furnished & decorated.
There is Sky TV, DVD, Audio system & Radio, The barbecue area is next to the PRIVATE swimming pool, There is an in-door dining area, table and 6 chairs on the terrace with sea views, and more sitting area aorund the swimming pool, with sunbeds, parasol, etc.
there are 2 fully fitted kitchens - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer in the upstairs kitchen and another fridge in the downstairs kitchen, ceramic hob, toaster.
Separate laundry/utility room with a washing machine. YOU DONT NEED A CAR to stay here.

This villa is situated in a few minutes walk from the nearest amenities:
Italian, Indian, Mexican, Swiss, Chinese, British restaurants, a chip-shop, a Spanish tapas bar, numerous sports bars, and an Irish pub, a medical centre, a small supermarket open every day long hours. The big supermarkets and comercial areas are just down the street, also disco clubs, big choice of more restaurants and bars, the busstops, the beach, etc.
The nearest golf course is La Siesta GOLF, about 1 km up the street.
The nearest beach is just down the street from the villa. about 5-10 min walk. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (Miraflores Golf, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In a walking distance in the vicinity of the apartment there are also tennis courts, gyms, a spa centre (Doña Lola).
At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports.
