THIS EXTRA LARGE VILLA is situated in RIVIERA DEL SOL, 5 min walk to Maxi Beach, near Calahonda and Marbella just a few minutes walk to all local amenities: bars, restaurants, shops (on Avda del Golf 100 m), supermarkets (Mas, OpenCore-open 365 days/year from 8 a.m. till 2 a.m.), busstops, clubs (200m), the beach (350m), a gym, a tennis club, a spa centre etc.
It has mature well-kept spacious PRIVATE garden, and LARGE PRIVATE swimming pool.
5 bedrooms (three - with double beds, and the other 2 bedrooms - with twin-beds).
The VILLA is set for 10 people. In case your party includes more people, please enquire for arrangement of extra beds. A baby cot and/or a high chair can be provided if required (for additional charge).

There are beautiful sea views from the south-west facing terraces. There are gates for the private drive-in, and the fenced garden.
The villa is nicely furnished & decorated.
There is Sky TV, DVD, Audio system & Radio, tiled area next to the PRIVATE swimming pool, There is an in-door dining area for 8, table and chairs on the terraces with sea views, and more sitting area aorund the swimming pool, with sunbeds, parasols, etc.
there is a fully-fitted kitchen - electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, electric hob, toaster, washing machine.
YOU DONT NEED A CAR to stay here.

This villa is situated in a few minutes walk from the nearest amenities:
numerous restaurants and sports bars, front-line Maxi beach bars & restaurants, 2 big supermarkets one of them open EVERY day from 8a.m. till 2a.m.! comercial areas with more shops and bars/restaurants, the busstops, the beach, etc.
The nearest golf course is Miralfores GOLF, about 1.5 km up the street.
The nearest beach is just down the street from the villa. about 5 min walk. In 5 minutes drive, there are many more golf courses (La Siesta Golf, CaboPino, Artola, La Cala, Mijas, Greenlife & Santa Maria (Elviria), La Noria Golf & Resort (La Cala) etc. In a walking distance in the vicinity of the villa there are also tennis courts, gyms, a spa centre (Doña Lola).
At a short drive there are two mini-golf courses, the aquaparks Mijas & Torremolinos, Funny beach - Marbella with variety of watersports offered, the small and pretty port of Cabo pino, horse riding, bowling, fresh water fishing, mountaineering, free climbing, trekking, archery, clay pigeon and skeet shooting, cycling, moto-cross, quads and go carting, and so on, in addition to a wide array of indoor sports.
